                               RESOLUTION NO. 20898
                  
                  
                  A RESOLUTION DECLARING A CHATTANOOGA FIRE 
                  DEPARTMENT TRUCK AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND 
                  AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SAID TRUCK TO THE 
                  SOUTH END FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR A CONSIDERATION 
                  OF ONE DOLLAR ($1.00).
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that a Chattanooga Fire Department truck, 
       a motorless 1979 American LaFrance Pumper Truck, VIN No. CE-6459, 
       Fire Department Vehicle No. F-059, be and the same is hereby 
       declared as surplus property; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that there be and is hereby 
       authorized the sale of said pumper truck to the South End Fire 
       Department for a consideration of $1.00.
